Tinkoff-Bank launched international transfers in Indian rupees. You can make a transfer without restrictions on the amount to any banks in India. To do this, you need to contact customer support in the chat of the mobile application or on the bank’s website.
Legal entities can make outgoing transfers independently through their personal account. The commission for them, depending on the tariff, will be from 0.2% (minimum 4,100 rupees) to 0.15% (minimum 2,500 rupees, maximum – 24,800 rupees).
The bank said its customers had already sent 50 million rupees in the first test week. For individuals with an activated Tinkoff Premium and Tinkoff Private subscription, such transfers are free, in other cases a fixed commission is 1,500 rupees.
In June, Otkritie Bank launched for business direct payments in Indian rupees. According to the results of the first four months of 2023, Russia rose ranked 4th in the list of India’s largest trading partners.
