Three voting stations will be opened in the United States for the Russian presidential elections
Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov spoke about how the voting procedure for the Russian presidential elections will be organized in the States.
According to the diplomat, it is planned to open three polling stations for this purpose.
“Polling stations will be opened at the embassy in Washington, as well as at our consulates general in New York and Houston. March 17 has been set as the election date,” Antonov said.
As for mobile voting, it was decided to abandon it for security reasons.
“Due to rabid Russophobia, as well as regularly received threats against us,… a reduction in the number of employees due to the mass expulsions of our diplomats… it was decided to abandon this practice,” the ambassador added.
