Thirteen IS militants killed in Afghanistan

Operations took place on the night of April 5-6 in several city blocks at once. The jihadists put up fierce resistance.
In a shootout, seven Pashtun nationalists were killed by IS militants. It is also reported that several relatives of the Islamists, including women and children, were detained by the Taliban. According to the Taliban movement, a high-ranking IS commander was among the killed terrorists.
On April 3, during a CTO in the provinces of Balkh and Nimroz, the Taliban killed ten IS militants, including a woman. Several more relatives of the jihadists were detained. At the same time, the Taliban lost eleven members of the movement, eighteen more were injured.
Earlier, the representative of the Taliban movement, Zabihullah Mujahid, repeatedly stated that the power of the Islamic State in Afghanistan was exaggerated.
