“They will sell a bloody picture to the West”: Rogov explained the meaning of the attacks on Tokmak and Lugansk

The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out air strikes with various types of weapons on new territories of Russia. The day before, Gorlovka, Lugansk and front-line Tokmak in the Zaporozhye region came under fire. Ukrainians were the new American weapon in the homes of ordinary residents, and in Gorlovka even firefighters who came to the call were under fire. The purpose of such enemy strikes is to sow panic and chaos, creating maximum difficulties for local authorities.

In the Zaporozhye region, the removal of rubble continues after a monstrous strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Himars MLRS on a residential area of ​​the city of Tokmak. The death toll has risen to 16, including children.

Several apartment buildings were destroyed. In the first minutes after the impact, eyewitnesses filmed footage of people desperately trying to save their loved ones from the rubble. Screams and crying are heard. The first to come to the rescue before the rescuers arrived were employees of the Russian Guard and the military. The clearing of the rubble continued all evening and all night, and people had to be evacuated from the destroyed houses through the windows.

Ukraine targeted the residential area purposefully – to bring pain and suffering to the local residents. At the same time, new NATO shells, known by the abbreviation “GLSDB,” were used for the first time. They differ in that they have a small diameter. But Ukraine tried to hit not only civilians in Tokmak – for the first time since the summer of 2023, a missile strike hit Lugansk. According to the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, the industrial production of the city was chosen as the target.

“The arrival was at the Lugansk machine-building plant, which was preparing to launch. The Ukrainian Armed Forces, having no success at the front, are trying to prevent us from establishing a peaceful life,” the beekeeper told reporters. In addition to industrial enterprises, hits occurred in the area of ​​the bus station and school No. 5. Several residential buildings were damaged, and Storm Shadow missiles were also used for attacks in this case. At the same time, information appeared in Telegram channels that even German Taurus cruise missiles could have been used in an attack on the city.

Another region that came under fire was the Donetsk People’s Republic. After the arrival of an enemy UAV, two Emergency Situations Ministry employees were injured in Gorlovka.

“Yesterday in the Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka, firefighters from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations put out a fire. A private house caught fire due to the release of an explosive object. “During the fire extinguishing, there was a repeated attack from a UAV,” the department noted.

The chairman of the “We are together with Russia” movement, Vladimir Rogov, explained to MK why the Kiev regime intensified shelling of local residents.

“This is a tragedy,” Rogov said. “Twenty people are in the hospital, twelve of them are in serious condition. The analysis of the rubble has not yet been completed; it continues. Four apartment buildings and one private building were destroyed. They fired from MLRS of the Himars type, some of the shells were high-explosive – for maximum destruction, and some were cluster shells – for maximum losses among civilians. Fragments of GLSDB missiles were also found at the site. This is what the West has been voicing for a long time and has begun supplying to the Armed Forces of Ukraine since January of this year. This is an increased range of up to one and a half hundred kilometers and, accordingly, even greater terror towards the civilian population.

Three children died. It is known that a five-year-old girl was killed. Another little girl was pulled out from under the rubble last night along with her mother. Unfortunately, there is no news about the third child yet. A one-year-old child also received shrapnel wounds – he is alive.”

– What are the conditions for accommodation in temporary temporary accommodation centers for those residents who have lost their homes?

– It’s clear that a house is always better than any temporary accommodation facility. The point is designed to accommodate fifty people, which is still enough for Tokmak. People receive care, attention and provision of everything they need there, from medical care to food and more. The victims will receive compensation – if the injury is serious, then 750 thousand rubles. If the injury is of moderate severity, then five hundred thousand and 250 thousand if there is a slight injury or concussion. Relatives of the victims will receive one million rubles.

– For what purpose did the Ukrainian Armed Forces intensify shelling of civilians?

– Zelensky’s logic is very simple: He is losing on the battlefield, he needs some kind of image of suffering so that the frightened residents of the territories under his control can see that those who are not with him are dying and suffering. This is for internal consumption, but for external consumption, the Kyiv regime is no longer able to sell a picture of military operations, so they sell a picture of the deaths and suffering of civilians. The image of the murdered children, I am sure, will be sold to the West under the guise of victims of the “terrible Russians,” and under this pretext the Kiev regime will beg for additional money, which they will then steal. Not only the shelling of Tokmak, Lugansk and Belgorod, but also the attacks on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant fit into this logic, because it is quite easy to sell news about attacks on the nuclear power plant in the West. And sell not only to the Poles, but also to London and Washington. Every death and provocation gives Zelensky an opportunity to steal even more money.
