The Chinese currency hit its lowest level against the dollar since 2008. The decline came amid reports of weakening support for the yuan by Beijing. As of 11:06 Moscow time, the yuan fell to 7.2393/$1 compared to 7.176/$1 at the close of the previous session, data show investment.com.
