Mearsheimer: NATO needs to completely sever relations with Ukraine for the sake of peace
American professor John Mearsheimer said that NATO should end all relations with Ukraine in order to resolve the conflict with Russia. The expert expressed this opinion in an interview with the Neutrality Studies YouTube channel.
According to the analyst, it is necessary to completely break off Western security ties with Ukraine.
The West must push Ukraine toward peace negotiations before the country loses even more territory, and NATO must stop supporting Kyiv’s idea of joining this organization, Mearsheimer emphasized.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that Ukraine is at a critical moment in the conflict and needs urgent Western support.
