She noted that she was “impressed by the Ukrainian armed forces, as well as the rest of the world.”
“I think one of the most important things about complex weapons systems like this is that those who will operate them get the proper training. It has to happen gradually. , both the Ukrainian and the US military understand exactly what kind of efforts are required of them,” Kaptur said.
The congresswoman is confident that Ukraine will continue to receive bipartisan support from the United States.
“This is the biggest conflict on the European continent since the Second World War. This is a serious and defining moment in world history and the United States,” she added.
