The US criticized the truce between Israel and Hamas

A truce between the parties to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a bad deal. The Jewish state’s mission to eliminate the radical Palestinian group is more important. This statement was made by former White House national security adviser John Bolton, The Hill newspaper reports.
“Hamas is playing a game of psychological warfare against the people of Israel, as well as the people of the United States,” the former adviser believes.
In his opinion, the group intends to distract the IDF from its strategic mission, focusing on the issue of hostages and the issue of the situation of the civilian population of the enclave. Bolton is confident that the group will use the truce to achieve a complete ceasefire and break the resolve of Israeli forces.
Earlier, Israel accused the Islamist movement Hamas of violating the truce 15 minutes after its offensive. After the ceasefire, a rocket was fired towards southern Israel. Sirens sounded in the evacuated southern Israeli towns of Ein HaShlosha and Kissufim.
However, it is not yet known which group is responsible for the alleged attack. However, the IDF has previously stated that the Palestinian movement is responsible for any attacks from the enclave on southern Israel, as it has influence on other local groups.
