The head of the White House Office of Management and Budget, Shalanda Young, said that the United States has $1 billion left to replenish its own arms stocks, depleted by supplies to Ukraine.
The United States faces a choice whether to risk its own defense capabilities to support its allies, Young said in an interview with CBS.
Russian politicians have repeatedly stated that pumping arms into Ukraine may prolong the conflict and increase the number of victims, but will not prevent Russia from achieving its goals.
