The United States went beyond START-3 in the possibilities of nuclear weapons

The United States of America currently possesses more technical means that can be used for the use of nuclear weapons than prescribed by the START-3 treaty. This was stated by Andrey Belousov, deputy head of the delegation of the Russian Federation at the Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
The US had previously announced that it had converted some of its strategic bombers and missile submarine launchers, the Russian official said. Allegedly, they can no longer be used for the use of nuclear weapons. But Russia cannot yet confirm this fact.
As a result, the United States has at its disposal a greater number of means of using nuclear weapons than is prescribed in START-3. Thus, the United States can quickly build up its nuclear potential by 1,200 warheads.
