The US State Department plans to find a company that will help monitor and evaluate how Kyiv spends financial aid coming from Washington. The corresponding application is posted by the State Department on the government portal.

In particular, the application clarifies that the diplomatic service is looking for a company that can provide services for “documenting, monitoring and evaluating the results of additional assistance to the Ukrainian government in the amount of $ 14.8 billion, plus any additional amounts, <...> which the US Congress will approve for Ukraine.

The campaign will be required to submit a quarterly report to the White House.
