TASS: The West again disrupted a UN Security Council meeting on NATO aggression against Yugoslavia

For the second time in a week, the UN Security Council was unable to hold a meeting requested by Russia, which was planned to devote to the 25th anniversary of NATO aggression against Yugoslavia, TASS reports.

It is reported that during the voting on the agenda of the meeting, six countries spoke in favor of holding a thematic meeting, including the Russian Federation, Algeria, China and Sierra Leone, and nine abstained. As a result, the Russian subpoena was rejected. TASS indicates that the vote was carried out on the initiative of France.

At the beginning of the week, the meeting also did not take place, as the permanent representative of France demanded that the agenda be approved by vote.
