The UN Secretary General condemned the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall

The UN Secretary General condemned the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, his office issued a corresponding statement, RIA Novosti reports.

“The Secretary-General strongly condemns today’s terrorist attack at a concert hall near Moscow, which reportedly killed at least 40 people and injured more than 100,” the statement said.

It is also reported that the UN Secretary General expressed words of condolences to those who lost loved ones, as well as to the entire people and government of Russia. The UN Secretary General wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the terrorist attack.

Earlier, the Moscow Region Ministry of Health reported that it had data on 145 victims of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall. 60 adults and one child were reported to be in serious condition.

On the evening of March 22, the Russian FSB published information about the shooting at Crocus City Hall, as well as the fire that had started. The department’s message cited the following preliminary figures – 40 dead. It also became known that a criminal case had been initiated under the article “Terrorist attack”.
