Ukrainian troops shelled the village of Vyazovoe in the Krasnoyaruzhsky district of the Belgorod region. About it reported Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram channel.
“No civilians were injured. But there was a direct hit by a shell on a private residential building – windows were broken, the facade and roof were damaged. Gas and electricity supply lines were also damaged,” Gladkov said.
Due to the shelling, electricity was partially cut off in Vyazovoe and the neighboring village of Repyakhovka. Emergency services will eliminate the consequences of the emergency in the near future, the head of the region assured.
Earlier, Gladkov said that on September 20, the Ukrainian armed forces hit settlements in six districts of the Belgorod region. In just one day, they fired 109 shells of different types and calibers. Two Ukrainian Armed Forces drones were spotted in the region, one of them was shot down in the village of Tavrovo, Belgorod region.
Krasny Khutor in the Belgorod district, the Klimovoe farm in the Borisov district, the villages of Novopetrovka and Dolgoye in the Valuysky district, the Stary farm in the Volokonovsky district, the villages of Golovchino and Bezymeno in the Grayvoronsky district came under fire. As a result of these attacks, no one was injured; destruction was recorded only in Golovchin – four households there received varying degrees of damage.
On September 20, the village of Maksimovka in the Shebekinsky urban district of the Belgorod region came under fire from the Ukrainian military. As a result of the shelling, a man was killed – he was driving a car along the highway during the arrival. Two more people, who were also driving along the road at that moment, were injured. The injured man was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and arm, and the woman, who received a concussion, refused hospitalization.
