The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at a school in the LPR during a children’s party.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) launched a missile attack on a school in the village of Novochervonoye, Lugansk People’s Republic. About it reported administration of the Troitsky district of the LPR in its Telegram channel.
At the time of the shelling on October 27, there were about 20 children and their parents at the school; a children’s party was being held at the educational institution.
“It was a miracle that we managed to avoid casualties. The ammunition fell 10 m from the building. A crater about 3 m deep and 5 m in diameter was formed,” the administration added.
As a result of the missile strike, windows, entrance doors, and the façade of the building were damaged. Restoration work is under the personal control of the head of the Troitsk municipal district of the LPR, Larisa Reznikova.
On September 29, as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, damaged school building in the village of Dorogoshch, Grayvoronsky urban district, Belgorod region. There were no casualties – the educational process in the border district is taking place remotely. In addition, shell fragments damaged a car and two private residential buildings. Windows in buildings were broken, facades, roofs and fences were cut.
