A document signed by Zelfira Tregulova on February 9 appeared on the network, when a decision had already been made not to renew the contract with her, but to appoint Elena Pronicheva to the position of director of the Tretyakov Gallery. The order concerns “information security”. The person responsible for a matter of national importance is ordered to conduct appropriate briefings and classes on “information protection in departments.” The document features intriguing phrases woven into ornate clerical text, such as “restricted information” or “cryptographic security tools.” It seems that this is not a museum, but a secret enterprise. In fact, it is strange in the document that appears, except perhaps the coincidence of dates. On February 9, Tregulova, in theory, was already flying to India and from afar watched the drama unfolding around the scandal with her filming. Maybe she signed on the run early in the morning and rushed to the airport? However, the document on information security itself does not contain any particular sensation.

– This is a technical document. In many organizations, work with documents was not done very well, but in the current situation they decided to put everything in order and strengthen control over the document flow. Just so that the documentation is kept responsibly and “does not leak” somewhere outside. Why is this needed? Well, let’s say the museum transfers work to an exhibition in another museum, information about transportation should remain internal so that, for example, it is not stolen on the way, – an interlocutor who works in a state organization and is familiar with the procedure for implementing the laws “On information, information technologies and information protection” (149-FZ), “On personal data” (152-FZ) and other documents on which the order of the State Tretyakov Gallery is based.

One of the employees of the Tretyakov Gallery explained to us that he heard about such an order for the first time, and no information security classes were held in their department.

That is, the appointment of a new director worries everyone, but they have not yet met personally with Elena Pronicheva, no changes have yet been felt. They are engaged in current projects – everything is as before. Zelfira Tregulova appears in the Tretyakov Gallery from time to time, is interested in the projects launched with her participation and now hopes to bring the planned exhibitions to life already as a free curator.
