The Times: NATO tactics in Ukraine are useless against Russia

The chief of staff of the battalion of the 32nd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Mikhail Lysenko, in an interview with The Times newspaper, said that from a tactical point of view, NATO forces have nothing to oppose the Russian military.
According to him, none of the tactics that the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces studied at the bases of the North Atlantic Alliance became effective against massive Russian forces.
“At NATO bases we were taught to call in artillery, planes, and mortars to destroy the enemy. But with such actions you need to see the enemy before he sees you. This is simply impossible in a combat zone,” Lysenko noted.
