The State Duma supported the report of the commission on Western biological laboratories

The final report of the parliamentary commission to investigate the circumstances related to the creation of biological laboratories by American specialists on the territory of Ukraine was presented in full in the State Duma for the first time. The deputies supported it unanimously – 405 deputies present (90%) voted for the approval of its results. The parliamentarians have only approved the conclusions of the commission so far, after which amendments to the legislation will be proposed on their basis, Vedomosti wrote.

Irina Yarovaya, co-chair of the parliamentary commission, deputy chairman of the State Duma, said that 50 laboratories were created on the territory of Ukraine, where secret research and experiments were carried out. According to her, the Pentagon implemented a plan of “military-biological occupation” in the country, because of which “Ukraine itself has become a hotbed of dangerous diseases, including those of unknown origin.” Yarovaya stressed that the development of weapons of mass destruction by the Americans has “historical roots”, and the creation of such laboratories around the world is carried out by “a very powerful and extensive network of military biological structures with a multi-billion dollar budget.”

According to the deputy, after Viktor Yushchenko came to power as a result of the Orange Revolution, a “treacherous agreement” was concluded between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Pentagon, which actually turned Ukraine and its citizens “into a living testing ground for research and testing.” Yarovaya stressed that genetic materials and pathogens were transferred under the guise of diplomatic mail by biolaboratories in order to hide their activities from the public.

Thanks to the special operation, the Russians, according to Yarovaya, managed to gain access to documents, original agreements that confirmed the conduct of experiments on military personnel, in addition, a veterinary project was working in Ukraine, the main focus of which was work on “economically significant infections that can cause a significant difference in economy of the country of the whole region.

She assures that the commission managed to find confirmation that about 4,000 military personnel were subjected to experiments, 20 soldiers died in the Kharkov laboratory, 200 were hospitalized. In total, about 400 laboratories have been created in the world with the cooperation of the United States, and 50 of them are in Ukraine, and this, according to Yarovaya, confirms that the aggression is directed precisely against Russia.

Yarovaya suggested that they appeal to the parliaments of other countries, as well as support this report by both chambers and send it to the president, the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Andrei Kartapolov, chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee, stressed that for the United States, “biological warfare is also a business.” He noted that research on animal diseases can lead to infection of livestock and the replacement of local producers with American ones. According to him, the use of pathogens was hidden under the guise of natural disease outbreaks.

Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption Vasily Piskarev said that the investigation was carried out in the face of opposition from Western countries, they tried to destroy all samples and documents. Speaker of the lower house Vyacheslav Volodin asked Piskarev about inviting US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland to testify.

According to Piskarev, an invitation was sent to Nuland “with all due respect”, and the Russian side expressed its readiness to pay all expenses, but no one came to the call. Volodin noted that “it can be done without respect” and call the US ambassador to Russia to answer “for Nuland’s coming here.”

Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, said that during the investigation, the Ministry of Defense analyzed about 2,000 documents confirming the implementation of military biological projects on the territory of Ukraine.

Russian Human Rights Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova suggested expanding the geography of the investigation, since the activities of such laboratories are “a flagrant violation of human rights.”

The final report was also supported by the leaders of all parliamentary factions.

The Parliamentary Commission was established on March 22, 2022. It consists of 14 deputies and 14 senators. Its co-chairs are Yarovaya and Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev.

The reason for its creation was the information of the Ministry of Defense: on March 6, 2022, the department announced that there was evidence of the existence of laboratories in Ukraine for the development of potential components of biological weapons developed with the participation of US government funding. Then Kirillov reported that we are talking about a network of 30 laboratories working with dangerous pathogens.

As Vedomosti previously reported, on April 12, the report will hear in the Federation Council. One of the interlocutors of the publication noted that the report would also be published, and on its basis the State Duma could adopt an appeal to the parliaments of other countries.
