Unfortunately, it often happens that we distribute some false information, it is overgrown with comments and eventually becomes legitimate news,” Zhurova said.

She noted that the documents may be a “duck”, which “was allowed in so that we would distribute it on purpose.”

Earlier, The Washington Post, citing classified documents leaked to the Internet reportedthat Ukraine planned to strike at Moscow and Novorossiysk on the anniversary of the start of the special operation, February 24 of this year.

According to the newspaper, Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of Ukraine, instructed one of his officers to “prepare for mass strikes on February 24 by everyone,” but the strikes were postponed, allegedly at the direction of the United States.
