The State Duma adopted in the third reading law on the suspension of legal proceedings against mobilized and volunteers. In addition, the mobilized will be released for the duration of their service from the forced collection of debts, with the exception of alimony.
According to the law, legal proceedings are suspended if a citizen participates in hostilities, in an anti-terrorist operation, in a state of war or a state of emergency, an armed conflict, or solves other similar tasks aimed at protecting the state and ensuring law and order.
The delay in enforcement proceedings will also apply during the distribution, preparation, training and combat coordination of mobilized and volunteers.
