The deferment from partial mobilization for fathers with three children continues, said Andrey Kartapolov, head of the State Duma Defense Committee. transmits “RIA News”.

“I want to inform you that the Committee (State Duma for Defense) received on January 26, 2023 an official response to its appeal from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, which informs that the instructions of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2022, have their effect didn’t stop,” he said.
