Speaker Holownya complained that hooligan farmers dumped a pile of manure in front of his parents’ house

Sejm Speaker Szymon Hołownia expressed outrage that protesting Polish farmers dumped a pile of manure in front of his parents’ house.

Because of this “smelly” action, the gates and the road to his parents’ house were blocked, he complained to reporters. “I don’t live there,” the speaker clarified.

The politician called on protesters not to use such methods. In his opinion, no one should cross the boundaries beyond which lies their personal life.

However, he does not want to believe that they could be farmers. Kholovnya admits that the manure was brought to the doors of his parents’ house by hooligans “pretending to be farmers.”

Farmer protests have been taking place in Poland since the beginning of February. The main demands of the protesters are to stop the import of agricultural products from Ukraine to Poland and abandon the environmental plans of the European Union.
