Secretary of the Security Council (SC) of Armenia Armen Grigoryan will not take part in the meeting with the secretaries of the Security Councils of the CIS countries, which will be held in Moscow on November 8. This was reported by Grigoryan’s press secretary Tetevik Petrosyan, transmits “Armenpress” agency.

“Grigoryan will not go to Moscow and will not take part in the next meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils of the CIS member states, which will take place on November 8 in the capital of the Russian Federation, Moscow,” she said.

The reasons for this decision are not specified.

Earlier, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan refused to participate in the Council of CIS Heads of State, which was held on October 13 in Bishkek. In addition to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, the summit was attended by leaders of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
