The first batch of eggs from Azerbaijan was imported to Russia on December 19 in the amount of 612 thousand units. The decision to open the Russian market for the supply of food eggs from Azerbaijan was made in November following negotiations between the head of Rosselkhoznadzor Sergei Dankvert and the chairman of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency Goshgar Takhmazli.
