Mr. Kargapolov also expressed hope that direct flights will facilitate contacts in the field of education.
The Hong Kong administration announced the lifting of all restrictive measures related to the spread of coronavirus in February 2023. According to the regional tourism development department, from January to October this year, the number of Russian tourists visiting Hong Kong increased 37 times, to 40.8 thousand people.
