The operational services of the Kherson region reported that due to high corruption in the Territorial Recruitment Center, employees of the central office of the SBU arrived in Nikopol and began to mobilize citizens with the aim of sending them to the front in the Kherson direction.
At the same time, as a representative of the operational services said, neither law enforcement agencies nor draft commissions were notified of such work by SBU employees.
Operatives detain men aged 17 to 60 years on the streets of the city, and then, without a medical commission or specifying their military specialty, they are forcibly “loaded” into a minibus and sent to military units.
