Zakharova criticized the Israeli ambassador for asking to condemn the Iranian attack
Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova commented statement by Israeli Ambassador to the Russian Federation Simone Halperin that Jerusalem expects Moscow to condemn Iran’s night attack on the Jewish state.
The Russian diplomat was indignant that Israel itself does not condemn such actions, but on the part of Ukraine in relation to Russian regions, and at the same time asks the Russian Federation to do the same.
“Simona, remind me when Israel condemned at least one strike by the Kyiv regime on Russian regions? Don’t you remember? Me too,” Zakharova wrote in her Telegram channel.
She also recalled that Moscow remembers Israel’s regular statements in support of Kyiv’s actions instead of condemning attacks on civilians.
