The United States is engaged in writing, declaring that Russia intends to place nuclear weapons in space. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Ryabkov.
According to him, the Foreign Ministry saw these reports from foreign media.
“This fits into the trend of the last decade, when Americans are engaged in malicious writing and attribute to us various kinds of actions or intentions that do not suit them,” Ryabkov said.
Earlier, American media, citing sources, wrote that the US authorities allegedly received information about Russia’s deployment of nuclear weapons in space. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called it a “White House ploy.”
