The Russian Embassy and the trade representation in Turkey of the Russian Federation are investigating the causes of problems associated with the registration of trade operations of a number of Russian companies. Russian diplomats are currently in contact with the Turkish authorities.
“We hope for a resolution of the situation in the near future,” RIA Novosti quotes a statement from the embassy.
The day before, Kommersant reported, citing Russian logistics companies, that Turkish customs started blocking transportation of sanctioned goods supplied to Russia by parallel import.
Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, during a press conference with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, said that Ankara would not join unilateral sanctions against Russia, but would not help Moscow bypass them.
