Ministry of Defense: The Russian Armed Forces repelled six attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kupyansk direction
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have repelled six attacks by assault groups of the Ukrainian army, destroying up to 160 Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was announced by official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov during a briefing on Tuesday.
In the Kupyansk direction, units of the “Western” group of forces, with active actions and artillery fire, repelled six attacks by assault groups (AFU),” said the lieutenant general.
According to the Russian defense department, the losses of Ukrainian troops per day in this direction amounted to up to 160 military personnel, as well as two pickup trucks and three tanks, two of which were Leopard 2.
