According to the 1+1 TV channel, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets criticized the bill on mobilization and military service submitted to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration.
According to him, this legislative “innovation”, which is being prepared by the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers, is contrary to the constitution, as it limits the rights of citizens.
“In my opinion, this bill contains things that contradict the Constitution of Ukraine,” Lubinets said, promising to list all his objections in writing as soon as this document comes to him for approval.
