The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has recognized the activities of the organization Russian America for Democracy in Russia as undesirable. State Duma deputy Andrei Lugovoy reported this in his Telegram-channel. The department made this decision at the request of the deputy.
According to Mr. Lugovoy, the goal of the organization was “to create a protest force in Russia to dismember the country, to prepare a campaign to transfer power to foreign invaders.”
According to his information, the organization’s activities are financed from the United States, and the perpetrators are “fugitive traitors.” The organization’s Telegram channel states that it consists of “a diaspora of pro-democracy and anti-war Russians in the United States.”
The day before, December 6, the Ministry of Justice contributed to the register of undesirable organizations of the American research company RAND Corporation. The company is engaged in political research, including armed conflicts.
