The Prosecutor General’s Office filed a lawsuit to recover Rolf’s assets in favor of Russia
The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office has prepared a lawsuit that provides for the seizure of the assets of one of the largest Russian auto dealer holdings, JSC Rolf, in favor of the state, since this property was obtained in violation of anti-corruption legislation.
The corresponding document was sent to the Moscow Court of St. Petersburg on December 27, according to the case file in the court database.
Let us recall that at the end of December, Russian President Vladimir Putin transferred the company’s assets to the temporary management of the Federal Property Management Agency.
The press service of the city courts clarified that the lawsuit includes all the assets of Delance Limited, Rolf Motors and 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of Rolf Motors, Rolf Estate St. Petersburg and Rolf Tech.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled to take place on January 18.
