“I really don’t understand what this direct reproach is that I am being accused of,” she said, commenting on the scandal surrounding the transport company Stark Logistics, which is partially owned by her husband Arvo Hallik.

Callas also noted that she has nothing to hide, transmits Bloomberg. According to her, she knew nothing about her husband’s business in Russia. “I’ve said this before and I stand by my opinion: local companies need to find morale and pull out of deals that help Russia in some way,” she said.

On August 23, the media reported that Stark Logistic had resumed its work in Russia, despite the special operation in Ukraine. In a conversation with the ERP portal, CEO Kristjan Kraag informedthat the company is now transporting the last cargoes “so that the activities can be completed.” However, he did not name the exact volume of traffic and their number. According to Kraag, we are talking about warehouse balances that are not subject to sanctions.

Stark Logistic is registered in the Estonian city of Keila, located southwest of Tallinn. According to Bloomberg, the company’s client operates a plant for the production of aerosol packaging in Russia, the final shipment will occur in September. According to ERP, Hallik owns 24% of Stark Logistic. He is listed as the financial director of the company.
