Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev, during which the latter expressed deep condolences to their families and friends, and also condemned the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.
During the dialogue, Aliyev emphasized that all Azerbaijanis stand in solidarity with the Russian people on the day of national mourning, and also expressed confidence that all criminals and those standing behind them will suffer inevitable severe punishment.
