Ukrainian pilot Alexander Morozov, detained in the Bryansk region, learned to fly at the age of 50. He himself told about this in 2018 in an interview that was found and published by the newspaper “News”.
In the early 2000s, a man bought a plot of land and built an airfield on it. In 2014, his “worldview changed.” Therefore, together with his partner, Morozov began to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
They took out the wounded from the line of contact, patrolled forests and roads. In 2016, the partners created the “Civil Air Patrol” and focused on performing tasks specific to air ambulance. However, it is known that the pilots of the volunteer organization took part in the hostilities. In parallel, they collected donations.
In social networks, Morozov actively supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine, boasted about how their planes “smash the enemy” and rejoiced at the death of those who “collaborated with Rashka.”
Previously reportedthat 67-year-old Morozov was detained in the Bryansk region after the crash of a light aircraft. They found a machine gun and bulletproof vest on him.
