The personnel were sent to the Kremlin

On March 20, Russian President and former Russian presidential candidate Vladimir Putin met with his confidants in the Kremlin. Kommersant special correspondent Andrey Kolesnikovhowever, like many others, will remember this meeting by the clause of the year, which was given to us by the co-chair of the election headquarters Artem Zhoga.

Proxies gathered for a meeting with Vladimir Putin in the St. George’s Hall. The co-chairman of the election headquarters, Vladimir Mashkov, was in greatest demand. Of those who wanted to take a selfie with him, one could, as they say, form a city.

– And I? Can?! – the turn came to a very young girl, who, according to the rules of being here, should have been (oh, great one, why are you so powerful!) a confidant – but I couldn’t believe it.

– And I? — a respectable lady from the region inquired respectfully.

– Press! — Vladimir Mashkov waved his hand doomedly.

No, neither the film “Oligarch” nor the film “Challenge” made him so famous and in demand.

You don’t know where you will find it and where you will lose it.

A woman wearing a black sweater with the words “Putin Russia Victory” in white letters walked in circles around BBC correspondent Steve Rosenberg. He was afraid of her, of course, but he had nowhere to go when she finally came up and asked to take a photo with him.

But he didn’t expect at all that it wouldn’t be a photo, but a video. And she did everything she wanted. That is, she instantly told the camera that she had met this man 20 years ago in one small town and suddenly saw him again, and where?! Where they celebrate a great victory… And he is with us!!

I already imagined this video on some popular, not banned there (yet) network and the instant and simply technical cancellation of Steve Rosenberg: no, it won’t survive with such sources.

The meeting ceremony took place in St. Andrew’s Hall, where the inauguration will take place in early May. I assure you that the composition of the guests here and there will overlap greatly.

After some time, Vladimir Putin told those gathered that he really counted on their “creative work, on initiative. Because even calculated and financially secured areas of development still require a creative approach, require personal dedication from everyone who works for the good of the Motherland and to achieve results that will allow us to move closer to the goals of national development. All this together, I am sure, constitutes the goal of our entire life.”

About the purpose of life – this is probably the most interesting thing for many.

“I say this again without any exaggeration,” the president added, “because each of those sitting here has already done a lot in their life and professional path in serving the Fatherland.” When we say “service to the Fatherland,” first of all, of course, and especially now, in this period of our history, of course, our fighters, our heroes who fight on the line of combat contact, defend and defend the interests of our people.

The goal, that is, the meaning of life in the minds of Vladimir Putin, has apparently undergone changes. He used to say that the point is about self-improvement and also about finding yourself. Now – as close as possible to the goals of national development.

And Vladimir Putin again, as many times over the last three days, thanked everyone.

The event was hosted by co-chairman of the election headquarters Artem Zhoga. He, in turn, thanked Vladimir Putin.

— People ask me a lot: is this the expected result? – continued Artem Zhoga. – I say: of course, expected! Because I live in this region, I know the mood of our people, I know the mood of our guys, military personnel who perform their official duty! I know the mood of doctors, the mood of young people. They trust you completely! You are our leader, you are our president, you are our Supreme Commander (it is still unknown what is more important.— A.K.). We are your team, we are ready to work 24/7, 365 days a year, to carry out all your orders!

Artem Zhoga spoke confidently on behalf of all the people sitting in the hall. Later he spoke even more clearly.

Maria Kostyuk, mother of Hero of Russia Andrei Kovtun and head of the department for work with regions of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, said:

“Today we are returning our demobilized guys to peaceful life. Today we are teaching the families of our fallen soldiers to live this life again.

And it is clear that there will be enough work.

“And I would even say more,” she continued, “that our society today for me and for all of us is like, you know, a cut diamond, when everyone is ready today to serve the Fatherland and everyone is ready to bring victory closer.” This is probably what the election results showed today.

The metaphor was accurate. They cut it, processed it almost completely.

— Victory is needed today by all of us as the meaning of the greatness of our country, as faith in the future of our country and as faith in the future of each of us in our great country, led by you, our president! — Maria Kostyuk finished, by the way, sincerely and heartfeltly.

– Thanks a lot! — Artem Zhoga thanked her, not Vladimir Putin.

But then so did Vladimir Putin.

Dmitry Pekurovsky, Chairman of the Russian Union of Rural Youth, spoke on behalf of rural youth.

“I thank you,” he noted, “for the attention you pay to the development of rural areas and support of rural youth. This is the “Personnel for the Rural” program, where we, together with young people, are creating a new modern image of rural areas. This is the state program “Integrated development of rural areas”! This is the support of zemstvo specialists… Today was a lot of things for me for the first time. Today I speak to you for the first time!

But now it is obvious that it will not be the last.

“Just recently,” Vladimir Putin encouraged the worried Dmitry Pekurovsky, “a couple of decades ago, it seemed, they didn’t even think about this at all, it couldn’t have occurred to us that our exports of agricultural products would be many times higher than our exports of weapons.” This never even occurred to me! When we started shipping grain for export, do you know what problem arose? Our ports were designed for receiving grain, not for shipping! This is a technical problem that arose. And now we are the first country in the world to export wheat!

And all this happened under him, Vladimir Putin. (Well, under Alexander Tkachev and Dmitry Patrushev, although that’s not about that now.) Is it possible to deny?

Anna Kudryavtseva, Deputy Director for Research at the Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology, spoke on behalf of the scientists.

She particularly noted the popularization of science.

— A huge role, as I believe, was played by the “Knowledge” society, its reincarnation, one might say! – Anna Kudryavtseva exclaimed, and it was worth agreeing with her. — All over the country, children and adults are learning that science is great, that science is fashionable, that it is our future! This is the future and the basis of our technological sovereignty! That Russia will be independent from the technologies of other countries… At least basic technologies!

Still, she found the strength to misspoke.

Svetlana Nemtseva, chief physician of the Stary Oskol district hospital of St. Luke of Crimea, explained that she is from the Belgorod region:

— It’s difficult times in the Belgorod region today, especially in the border areas: Belgorod, Grayvoronsky district – there are daily shellings there today.

Svetlana Nemtseva spoke on the case:

“Now, during the election campaign, I traveled through all the districts and saw what a huge significance and what a huge result this project for modernizing primary health care has. Think about it: every central district hospital is undergoing renovations, every central district hospital is having the latest equipment: digital mammographs, fluorographs, ultrasound machines, ECG machines. I laugh and say: “You don’t have a video endoscopic complex”… In a small central district hospital (central district hospital.— “Kommersant”), absolutely small! They say: “Let’s go!” They open the office: “Here, in November we received a national project!” Another central district hospital, also quite small: “And we have a SCT (spiral computed tomography) machine.— “Kommersant”)”.

She also said what everyone is thinking about now:

“Our opponents have increased pressure on us in recent days, but the shelling of Grayvoron and Belgorod, on the contrary, united us. They did not achieve the result they expected. We have united! Not a single doctor from Belgorod and the shelled areas – and the Belgorod region in general – left or abandoned his job. I assure you: we will not give up!

A couple of years ago, someone would have said how the residents of Belgorod would convince Vladimir Putin that they would not give up…

Well they won’t give up.

“I talked about why the enemy is taking such actions,” Vladimir Putin nodded. – Here. Of course, we can respond in kind. We can answer in the same way: against civilian infrastructure, and against all other objects of this kind that the enemy attacks! Well, we have our own views on this matter and our own plans. We will follow what we have outlined.

That is, it could be interpreted in such a way that answers are possible both on the refinery and on the infrastructure (even the building of the Belgorod administration was damaged, as is known, and this is the reason, if not the reason).

In conclusion, Artem Zhoga spoke again, and the consciousness of a military man did its job:

— Vladimir Vladimirovich, I would like from the personnel of all proxies, from the personnel of the election headquarters, from the personnel of your entire team – the team of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, from all citizens of the Russian Federation, I’m not afraid of this word, from almost a large number of everything peace (not from everything, no, but still. – A.K.), from normal citizens who understand the life situation (but this is from the heart, we are all like that. – A.K.), congratulate you on your win, on your victory!

The message was greeted with frantic applause by the trustees and campaign staff.

– I serve Russia! – read on the faces of the personnel in St. Andrew’s Hall.

Vladimir Putin left, and Artem Zhoga continued with the microphone:

– And now I ask everyone to proceed to the Garnet Chamber!

Artem Zhoga is a sincere, real person, and most importantly, he is not a Kremlin man, and is not obliged to know too much, and the grenade plays the most important, determining role in his life, and it was not a sin to say as he said.

Yes, that was the clause of the year. So what?

I just had to help him turn off the microphone. But they didn’t help him. And so it rushed through the hall:

– Yes, I wrote it down, I wrote it down… Faceted!.. Yes, for me it’s all a grenade!..

Yes, perhaps only for him.
