The press service of the Permanent Mission of Russia to the European Union issued a statement in which they commented on the resolution of the European Parliament on the establishment of a tribunal “in relation to aggression against Ukraine.”
The Office recalled that such decisions are not within the competence of the EP.
“I would like to remind the European deputies that neither the European Union nor its member states have the competence to create an international court to prosecute the leaders of third countries,” the report says.
