The Pentagon announced the next package of military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of $1.3 billion

The new assistance package consists of 13 items, including: four NASAMS surface-to-air missile systems (SAMs), tube-launched, optically tracked and wire-guided (TOW) missiles, Phoenix Ghost and Switchblade unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), means for detecting UAVs and means of electronic warfare, demining equipment, aviation and artillery ammunition, in particular 152-mm shells for artillery, as well as 150 fuel trucks, 115 tactical vehicles for transporting equipment, etc.

Reuters previously wrote about the US plans to allocate such an amount for Ukraine. A tranche for a commensurate amount was allocated on May 9. Then the Pentagon sent military assistance to Ukraine for $1.2 billion. The list of supplies included additional air defense systems and ammunition for them, equipment for integrating Western air defense installations, missiles and radars with Ukrainian air defense systems, 155-mm artillery shells, etc.
