The office of the Pskov “Yabloko” was searched because of the stream of Shlosberg – Kommersant

In the office of the Pskov “Yabloko” on the afternoon of July 5, an “inspection of the premises” was held. As reported in the Telegram channel of the party branch, during the inspection, office equipment, personal laptops and phones were confiscated from employees. The reason was the administrative case against Lev Shlosberg (recognized as a foreign agent) on the abuse of freedom of the media.

“Today, July 5, at 14:45 to the office of the Pskov Yabloko on the street. Nekrasova, 29 in Pskov, the police came and presented a decision to initiate administrative proceedings under part 2 of Art. 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Abuse of freedom of the mass media”,— says in the message of the Pskov branch of the party. The searches ended around 18.00 Moscow time.

The basis for the administrative case against the head of the Pskov branch, Lev Shlosberg, was a stream on the Grazhdanin TV channel, during which he mentioned a terrorist organization and did not name its status. Chairman of the Pskov “Yabloko” Artur Gaiduk believes that the search is related to the upcoming elections in the Pskov region.

In March, the office of the Pskov “Yabloko” was searched in an administrative case under an article about discrediting the army. Then the police also seized the equipment from the office of the party, and returned it after 32 days.
