The French TotalEnergies has handed over to the Russian management a lubricants production plant in Vorsino, Kaluga Region, TASS writes with reference to Egor Popov, commercial director of Top Lubricants LLC (the company that owns the plant). The oils produced will be marketed under the Lemarc brand.
