Employees of Russian companies most of all appreciate on the part of employers the payment for their training and retraining, voluntary medical insurance (VHI), as well as official transport. Yegor Shlyakov, head of the Yandex Go corporate client development segment, spoke about this at the conference “Summer HR Forum”organized by Kommersant Publishing House.

The data is based on the results of a study conducted by Yandex Go in collaboration with HeadHunter. “It showed that 97% of employees have a social package – this is no surprise to anyone. Another question is what employees want, what they really value,” Mr. Shlyakov explained.

The most demanded bonus turned out to be payment for training and retraining: 58% of respondents called this factor very important, another 32% – important, and only for 10% it does not play a significant role. VMI is next, the high importance of which was declared immediately by 69% (another 20% called it important). Finally, the top three social guarantees were closed by official transport. For 52% of respondents, it turned out to be “very important”, for 31% – “important”.

Next in descending order are: compensation for food (49% and 34% respectively), gasoline (54% and 26%), taxi (38% and 41%), sports (38% and 40%), communication and Internet costs (44 % and 33%), as well as discounts on products or services of the company or its partners (19% and 43%).
