“Formally speaking, one and the same person can register in all elections without breaking the law,” Mr. Reut said. But if elected, the former candidate will have to choose one district in which he will be a deputy, said the deputy chairman of the Moscow City Electoral Commission.
Voting in the municipal elections – 2022 in Moscow will be held from 9 to 11 September.
