The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the development of biological weapons by Ukraine near the borders of Russia

Ukraine was developing components of biological weapons near the border with Russia, said Konstantin Vorontsov, director of the department for non-proliferation and arms control of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Vorontsov noted that the military biological program in Ukraine was carried out with the support of the Pentagon and its affiliated structures. Private companies also participated in this work.

“An analysis of projects carried out in Ukrainian laboratories allows us to conclude that the development of biological weapons components was carried out in the immediate vicinity of Russian territory,” – explained he added that all questions to the United States and Ukraine on this topic remained unanswered (quote from TASS).

In August, the Russian Embassy in the USA accused Washington is that the United States is placing its illegal laboratories around the world in order to create crisis situations of a biological nature at the right time, and is densely building up the perimeter of Russian borders with such institutions.

At the end of March, a parliamentary commission of inquiry into the activities of American biological laboratories confirmed the data of the Russian Ministry of Defense about the creation of US and NATO military facilities in Ukraine under the guise of biological laboratories. In October, the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Igor Kirillov notedthat after Russia published data on illegal US biological experiments, the American administration began to conduct research in African countries.
