The Ministry of Finance emphasized that conscientious taxpayers will not be affected by these initiatives. The authorities have already prepared a draft bill to tighten control over transfer pricing, Vedomosti wrote. His key proposal is to tie the amount of the fine for violating the rules of intra-group transactions, i.e., the value that participants of one holding company use when buying and selling, to the size of the tax base. Now the fine depends on the amount of tax arrears.
