The Ministry of Economics assessed the effectiveness of the implementation of 49 state programs in 2022. The results of the analysis are presented in the consolidated annual report (available from Vedomosti). The average integral indicator of efficiency is 95.41%. This is a new type of assessment of the execution of state programs. It takes into account the level of achievement of target indicators (the weight of this criterion in the final score is 80%), the dynamics of growth of target values (10%) and the quality of financial management of the state program (10%).
The Ministry of Economics disclosed separate estimates for 37 programs, the rest are classified. The effectiveness of 10 public ones was at least 99%. The top three included agricultural areas: “Integrated development of rural areas” (99.98% efficiency), “Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food markets” (99.96%) and “Reproduction and use of natural resources” (99.98%). .93%).
