The Ministry of Defense told about the reflection of the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the special operation zone

Over the past 24 hours, the Russian military has repelled enemy attacks in the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, Kharkiv and Zaporozhye regions, the activities of four sabotage and reconnaissance groups have been suppressed, reported in the report on the course of the special operation, the press service of the RF Ministry of Defense.

In particular, in the Kupyansk direction, four attacks and counterattacks were repelled by units of the Western Group of Forces. The assault detachments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to go on the attack in the areas of the settlements of the LPR, as well as the Mankovka tract of the Kharkov region. As a result, the enemy lost two American M109 Paladin artillery mounts.

Five more attacks in the special operation zone, according to the defense department, were repelled in the Donetsk direction by units of the Southern Group of Forces in cooperation with aviation and artillery.

In the Yuzhnodonetsk direction, units of the Vostok group of troops also repelled an attack by an assault group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of ​​​​the settlement of Harvest DPR. In addition, the actions of the Ukrainian military turned out to be unsuccessful in the Zaporozhye direction in Rabotino and in the Krasnolimansky direction, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffered losses south of the settlement of Kuzmino of the LPR.

According to the Ministry of Defense, ammunition depots were destroyed in different regions of the DPR, and the advanced command post of the 10th Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was hit near the city of Orekhov, Zaporizhzhia region. In the Khmelnitsky region, Russian forces destroyed a Ukrainian ammunition depot, the report said. The work of four DRGs was stopped in the DPR and the Zaporozhye region.

Earlier today the Ministry of Defense declared about the attempt of the Ukrainian military to gain a foothold on the left bank of the Dnieper. It was reported that about 150 people tried to cross the river and gain a foothold on its left bank, the Russian military allowed them to go ashore and aimed artillery at the boats. As a result, the enemy was cleared.
