Defense Ministry: air defense forces shot down 18 RM-70 Vampire shells over the Belgorod region
On Wednesday night, Russian air defense systems successfully intercepted and shot down 18 Vampire MLRS shells over the territory of the Belgorod region. This was reported by representatives of the press service Ministry of Defense Russia.
“At night, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack on targets inside the Russian Federation using the RM-70 Vampire multiple launch rocket system was prevented,” the official statement said.
As a result of the actions of air defense systems on duty, eighteen missiles were destroyed and intercepted over the Belgorod region.
