The Ministry of Defense reported 11 group strikes on military targets of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

From November 4 to 10, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out 11 group strikes with precision weapons on airfields, arsenals, ammunition depots, weapons and military equipment, as well as fuel and lubricant bases of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Russian army also defeated the locations of units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, nationalists and foreign mercenaries. The Ministry of Defense emphasized that all designated targets were hit.

In just a week, the Russian Armed Forces repelled 18 enemy attacks in the Kupyansky direction, nine in Krasnolimansky, 16 in Donetsk, and 14 in Zaporozhye. In total, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost over 4,800 servicemen in all directions. In the Kherson direction, 26 Ukrainian soldiers surrendered.

Also in a week, the Russian army destroyed 13 tanks, 71 armored fighting vehicles, more than 70 field artillery guns, etc. Air defense systems shot down eight Ukrainian aircraft, 32 HIMARS shells, 12 Storm Shadow and SCALP cruise missiles, two Neptune anti-ship missiles, two guided JDAM bombs, as well as 205 Ukrainian drones.

November 8, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky statedthat Kyiv intends to continue the counter-offensive, despite the difficulties and the shift of Western attention to the situation in the Middle East. He promises to “show results this year.”

In the Kremlin remindedthat the previous promises of the Ukrainian authorities have no longer come true. Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that it is time for the Ukrainian side to understand that it will not be able to defeat Russia on the battlefield. Only after this can the prerequisites arise for resolving the situation through “political and diplomatic means.”
