The 4++ Su-35S multifunctional fighters of the generation 4++ underwent a cycle of ground and flight tests in various operating modes and flew from the airfield in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, where the Yuri Gagarin Aviation Plant is located, to the place of service, the government noted .

“In particular, the Rostec aviation cluster ensures both the supply of new equipment and the maintenance and restoration of the airworthiness of the existing fleet, promptly responding to requests from the Armed Forces,” Manturov was quoted as saying.

Yury Slyusar, General Director of UAC, said that the production capacities of the aircraft plant are now fully loaded, the delivery of equipment is on time, and the enterprise continues to re-equip and re-equip the necessary equipment. In addition, personnel tasks are being solved: this year, more than 500 new production workers and engineers have been employed at the aircraft plant in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, the company plans to recruit the same number of specialists in 2023.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin in November declaredthat Russia will expand the production of aircraft engines for domestic civil and military transport aircraft, 44 billion rubles will be allocated for this purpose.
